PROJECT MEETING MINUTES SUMMARY

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: It was approximately of one hour meeting in which we have decided our mission goal and vision statement, and the guidelines that will help us to achieve the objectives of our mission statement.

CORRECTIONS: None.

APPROVAL:
All decisions were made on mutual consent of all the members.

AGENDA OF HEADING: To find out the Competitors for "Power Wheels" and do Competitive Analysis.

DETAIL OF MEETING: A task given to all the members to search the competitor for power wheels but we didn’t find any direct competition in car selling business. Most of the online car selling companies not doing any transactions on internet. They just playing a role of a middle man by adding cars of different people and if any one wants to buy it then he/she have to make a contact on phone with the party but on our website people can easily book car or put their car on our website for selling it by registering on our website. Our customer care and sales department can help the customer in setting the price of their vehicle by analyzing the market and give them best price. Our marketing department provides support to them in making ads more attractive by keeping the demand and style of the customer in mind. Advertising car for sale on our website guarantees best price and full support of our team as well. And for those people who don’t want to go to different showrooms for searching a car because of their busy schedule, from our website they can get all the detail of their desired car along with pictures. Our technical team also inspects the car before putting it on website and checks all the documents, verify them from concern department so that our customer get satisfied before placing any order.

These above are our indirect competitors because online car selling is not a pure business in Pakistan especially in Karachi as in starting we are only focusing Karachi as our target market, these competitor just performing a role of a middleman or a facilitator. But our team helps our customer in selecting their desired car and also supports regarding any queries of buying or selling the vehicles which is our competitor edge because before putting any vehicle on website our team do all the homework regarding the car so that each customer get benefit from us.

AGENDA ITEM HEADING: 

In our 2nd meeting minutes today, our group members started doing work in laying down the foundations of the company. First of all we decided our mission goal and vision statement, and the guidelines that will help us to achieve the objectives of our mission statement.

VISION STATEMENT:

  “Our vision is to take care of your vision thereby we are continually improving the position of our company, as well as enhancing the lives of our employees, our community and our                  members.”

MISSION STATEMENT:

  "To maintain trust and give sense of utmost satisfaction and relaxation to high value Drivers" 



GOAL:
     “We strive to achieve a consolidated, sustained and independent growth on an individual basis that ensures long-term business success”

It is clear from our mission statement that our objective will be to maintain trust of the buyers when they are buying cars online. Secondly mission statement focuses on keeping great care of our customers, so we divide our mission statement in two parts.

1. Trust  
2. Customer Satisfaction

1. Trust:

The key element of mission statement of "Power Wheels" is trust! Building and maintaining trust of our valued customers will be our main focus. the reason why we are focusing so much on trust is because in car selling business people use unethical ways to sell car by giving wrong information about car condition, how much kilometer done or about the documentation of a car. For maintaining a trust on us we first will do our homework about each car and will provide correct information to our valuable customer so that they can trust on us before doing any transaction with us

2. Customer Satisfaction:

Customer service, like any aspect of business, is a practiced art that takes time and effort to master. All we need to do to achieve this is to stop and switch roles with the customer. What would we want from our business if we were the client? How would we want to be treated? Treat our customers like our friends and they'll always come back. And for this purpose we will focus on following points.


1. Respond to messages promptly & keep our clients informed.
2. Be friendly and approachable.
3. Have a clearly-defined customer service policy.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Anticipate your client's needs & go out of your way to help them out.
6. Honor our Promises.
7. providing technical support to new as well as existing customers,
