As our CEO Mohammad Adnan is running a showroom. Mr. ADNAN decided to also run this business online. For this purpose he rented the upper floor for POWER WHEELS operations. This site will be also beneficial for those who don’t want to give their cars on showroom.

Power Wheels will bring in latest technology and techniques to give our client a unproblematic way to purchased their desire car. 

Business Model:

Power wheels business is related to automobile market indulged in trading of vehicles. POWER WHEELS is the first online car showroom providing its customers with online payment and is very beneficial for people of Karachi. The main purpose is to provide quality service to our respected customers by providing them guaranteed and very up to mark technical services.

Inventory:

Power wheels will have direct contact with its sellers and buyers. Power Wheels is not managing any kind of inventory because we are not purchasing cars for selling purpose.

Quality:

Power wheels provide full assessment to its customers, fulfil its customer’s value and provide them with security in online transaction. Our main focus is on customer trust and customer satisfaction. We have designed our quality standards in the way that technical assistance provided by us through our technical team will be the driving force for our success.

Customer service procedure:

We plan to serve customer online. For this purpose we plan to provide 24x7 amenities. The benefits of using our website are to save precious time of visiting different showrooms and also get cheated from brokers and other person. Our marketing and sales staff helps them in setting the price, then our technical team inspection the car and makes report about its condition for customer satisfaction. When customer is satisfied with our car then they have to make the 10% payment.


Power wheels Working Mechanism:
IT department at power wheels should be integrated enough so to accept and entertain the customer’s online booking, queries, registration, payment, timely and efficiently. Apart from online posting if any customer have some queries they can also call us, our technical support team will be present 24/7 to answer customer queries.

Power Wheels Terms & Conditions:

For getting register with power wheels our customer should pay a certain small amount and required information for registration.

Password and Security:

When customer is register to use the power wheels website they will be asked to create a password. Customer will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under their password.

Our CEO MR MUHAMMAD ADNAN is running a car showroom at Tariq road where he deals in new and old cars. MR MUHAMMAD ADNAN has decided to open an online car showroom also for those people who don’t want to spend their precious time in visiting different showrooms while purchasing used cars and also those people who don’t want to give their cars on showroom. For online car business no such physical existence is required because we are not selling our own cars but to run a website and all other department like marketing, customer care, and the most important IT and manage the website, MR ADNAN decided to run this business from his showroom office and for this purpose he give the upper floor for POWER WHEELS operations.

We are not actually operating physically because the car we sell on internet is not from showroom, these cars are from those sellers who don’t want to give their cars to showroom and by using the internet our customers can order their desired car with just a click.

Operating facilities and Equipment

Power Wheels will bring in latest technology and techniques to give our client a unproblematic way to purchased their desire car. For becoming an e-car seller we will buy new operating system and hire IT experts to manage our customer orders and communicate with our customer effectively and professionally.

Business Model

Power wheels business is related to automobile market indulged in trading of vehicles. Power Wheels is the first online car showroom which conducts E-business activities by providing online payment facilities to its customers. The business idea and model is very new to Pakistani market. The business model is designed just for the benefit of the people of Karachi. Prices which are charged for our services are very reasonable and is equally competitive with the traditional practices of the business. Providing facilities of online payment is not the purpose of our Business, the main purpose is to provide quality service to our respected customers by providing them guaranteed and very upto mark technical services. Moreover our new e-business will also be very feasible for all customers to purchase their desire products. It would save their time and our Customer Relationship will also become stronger.


Inventory
Power Wheels is not managing any kind of inventory because we are not purchasing cars for selling purpose . Power wheels will have direct contact with its sellers and buyers. Initially we are catering those sellers who cannot place their cars on showrooms so we are not just facilitating buyers but are also facilitating those sellers who cannot place their cars on showroom so we will not have any kind of ware house or inventory management.

Quality

In power wheels our technical team will provides full assessment to our clients as our main focus is giving value to our customers and provide them a safe passage to do an online transaction. As our mission statement focusing on “trust” and “customer satisfaction” and for maintaining a trust on us we first will do our homework about each car and will provide correct information to our valuable customer so that they can trust on us before doing any transaction with us. We have designed our quality standards in the way that technical assistance provided by us through our technical team will be the driving force for our success. Making customers satisfied and building and mainting their trust is very vital for our company growth so we have planned to provide our services with utmost quality level so that our customers are loyal with us forever

The basic working plan of our e-business proposal for Power Wheel would be based on benefit maximization strategy for both the customer and Power Wheel. We plan to serve customer online. For this purpose we plan to provide 24x7 amenities. Customer first have to register there selves on our website my making an account. After being registered the customer would be able to see and access their desired cars and those people who want to register their cars on our website can contact to our marketing and sales manager. The benefits of using our website are to save precious time of visiting different showrooms and also get cheated from brokers and other person. Our marketing and sales staff helps them in setting the price and also makes their ads more effective and attractive. Then our technical team inspection the car and make a report about it actual condition. Once the customer selects the car then he/she would make 10% payment by using credit/debit cards

Power wheels Working Mechanism

Our plan is based on the integrity among all of the departments and technical support team located at the head office of power wheels. All customers requests generated would be received by the IT department and it is their duty to immediately respond to customers. If there is any query launched by the customers that need technical specialties then we have such online networking system that our technical support team will respond immediately and will send reply to customer’s query, the answer to the query will first be resent to IT department then it department will be responsible to post the customers query answer online. Apart from online posting if any customer have some queries they can also call us, our technical support team will be present 24/7 to answer customer queries.

For both sellers and buyers it will be compulsory to first register themselves at our website. The IT department will have the responsibility of registration and maintenance of database of customers i.e. both buyers and sellers. Once you have registered yourself on our website you can then place add on our website for your car sale or you can search of listed vehicles according to your choice. The criteria for seller is that he mention his demand of vehicle to us and we place his add on our website, if any offer is made by buyer it is communicated to the seller through our marketing & Sales department. If the seller and buyer are agrred to terms and conditions then online payment of booking amount is required to be payed by the buyer. Time of 2 to 3 working days is consumed to delivery of vehicle from seller to buyer.

Our main focus is on providing quality services so we have designed our working mechanism in such a way that all our departments collaborate with each other to provide excellent services to our clients.

Registration
To register with power wheels customer must make an account on our website and provide full detail to us. For getting register with power wheels our customer should pay a certain small amount for registration this is only because to make sure that a serious customer is registering. All the information provided by our customers should be keet confidential.


Password and Security

When customer is register to use the power wheels website they will be asked to create a password.Customer must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. Customer will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under their password. If he/she knows or suspects that someone else knows their password they should notify us by contacting Online Customer Services immediately.

Meeting was Conducted by the Marketing Manager Attika Nawaz in which the Market Analysis was conducted.

Demographics

our main focus will be all those people who dont want to waste their precious time roaming to every automobile showroom for finding car for themselves and also those people who want risk free buying of vehicle. our target market will include all individuals including business man, women , youngsters.

GEOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS:Our business will start its operations within the city,later on we have plans to expand our business to whole country.

Our Marketing Manager has conducted the demand forecasting, a thorough analysis of the auto dealor and auto showroom market is done and also needed in the future.Since the techniques of Business and customer needs are changing rapidly so therefore we will act upon the changing environment with relation to the customer needs.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:We will accept credit cards at the time of booking any car, later at time of paying remaining amount it is the choice of buyer to either pay by credit card ,cheque or pay order.
DELIVERY POLICY:Our believe is quick delivery of vehicles . Delivery time is 2 to 3 working days within the premises of karachi.and withing city delivery is free of any charge what so ever.

in the last meeting minutes only names of the competitors were mentioned but in this meeting minutes we will discuss all our competitors.as we mentioned in the last meeting minutes that since we will accept payment of sold vehicles online so we have no direct competitor yet but some of competitors are now also working to start selling online and accept online payment.

2. They also have not launched online payment option because they are only giving a platform for buyers and sellers to meet at one place.

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: It was approximately of one hour meeting in which we have decided our mission goal and vision statement, and the guidelines that will help us to achieve the objectives of our mission statement.

AGENDA OF HEADING: To find out the Competitors for "Power Wheels" and do Competitive Analysis.

DETAIL OF MEETING: A task given to all the members to search the competitor for power wheels but we didn’t find any direct competition in car selling business. Most of the online car selling companies not doing any transactions on internet. They just playing a role of a middle man by adding cars of different people and if any one wants to buy it then he/she have to make a contact on phone with the party but on our website people can easily book car or put their car on our website for selling it by registering on our website. Our customer care and sales department can help the customer in setting the price of their vehicle by analyzing the market and give them best price. Our marketing department provides support to them in making ads more attractive by keeping the demand and style of the customer in mind. Advertising car for sale on our website guarantees best price and full support of our team as well. And for those people who don’t want to go to different showrooms for searching a car because of their busy schedule, from our website they can get all the detail of their desired car along with pictures. Our technical team also inspects the car before putting it on website and checks all the documents, verify them from concern department so that our customer get satisfied before placing any order.

In our 2nd meeting minutes today, our group members started doing work in laying down the foundations of the company. First of all we decided our mission goal and vision statement, and the guidelines that will help us to achieve the objectives of our mission statement.

1. Trust:

The key element of mission statement of "Power Wheels" is trust! Building and maintaining trust of our valued customers will be our main focus. the reason why we are focusing so much on trust is because in car selling business people use unethical ways to sell car by giving wrong information about car condition, how much kilometer done or about the documentation of a car. For maintaining a trust on us we first will do our homework about each car and will provide correct information to our valuable customer so that they can trust on us before doing any transaction with us

Customer service, like any aspect of business, is a practiced art that takes time and effort to master. All we need to do to achieve this is to stop and switch roles with the customer. What would we want from our business if we were the client? How would we want to be treated? Treat our customers like our friends and they'll always come back.
