PROJECT MEETING MINUTES SUMMARY

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: It was approximately of one hour meeting in which we have decided our mission goal and vision statement, and the guidelines that will help us to achieve the objectives of our mission statement.

CORRECTIONS: None.

APPROVAL:
All decisions were made on mutual consent of all the members.

AGENDA OF HEADING: To find out the Competitors for "Power Wheels" and do Competitive Analysis.

DETAIL OF MEETING: A task given to all the members to search the competitor for power wheels but we didn’t find any direct competition in car selling business. Most of the online car selling companies not doing any transactions on internet. They just playing a role of a middle man by adding cars of different people and if any one wants to buy it then he/she have to make a contact on phone with the party but on our website people can easily book car or put their car on our website for selling it by registering on our website. Our customer care and sales department can help the customer in setting the price of their vehicle by analyzing the market and give them best price. Our marketing department provides support to them in making ads more attractive by keeping the demand and style of the customer in mind. Advertising car for sale on our website guarantees best price and full support of our team as well. And for those people who don’t want to go to different showrooms for searching a car because of their busy schedule, from our website they can get all the detail of their desired car along with pictures. Our technical team also inspects the car before putting it on website and checks all the documents, verify them from concern department so that our customer get satisfied before placing any order.

These above are our indirect competitors because online car selling is not a pure business in Pakistan especially in Karachi as in starting we are only focusing Karachi as our target market, these competitor just performing a role of a middleman or a facilitator. But our team helps our customer in selecting their desired car and also supports regarding any queries of buying or selling the vehicles which is our competitor edge because before putting any vehicle on website our team do all the homework regarding the car so that each customer get benefit from us.

  2. Why do you think none of the other folks have tried not to sell cars online... and why do you think you will be successful in selling cars online when others have never tried it

  3. sir answer for your query is that other competitors are just serving as facilitators between buyers and sellers, on the other hand we will sell cars through our website in the way that seller will tell us his about the final price which on which he wants to sell his car, so the buyer has to contact us rather than contacting the seller. similarly when the buyer is agreed to buy the car so the payment will be made to us rather than the seller.initialy we have decided to only recieve payment of Token money,i.e the booking amount through credit cards, later on it is the choice of buyer that how will he pay the remaining amount.

    answer for your second question that will it be suceesful? is that indeed it will be sucessful. we have conducted a marketing survey whose results were in our favour. trend of buying cars online is developing in karachi specially.as you can see from the statistics of our competitors that tehy have thousands of online members through which hundreds of cars have been bought and sold, so the trend of buying cars online is emerging. so the answer is yes, our plan will be sucessful InshALLAh
